Turbo Tax is the only thing she would need it for.Why does she still need or buy the CD version? Since you need to buy a new version every year for TT, why wouldn't she just buy the download version going forward? (Alternatively, if there's really some compelling reason to get the CD version each year, why not buy an external DVD drive? They cost all of about $25-$30, so if she's going to use it for multiple years, it's a negligible cost.)
